Stephen Horcha is owner and builder of Haley Tricycles. He started the company after searching for a good way to move his drum set around downtown Savannah, Georgia by pedal-power, and couldn't find one. In fact, Haley Trikes' cargo boxes are designed to perfectly hold a four-piece Pacific FS drum set, with the bass drum strapped to the lid.

The size is perfect for just about anything else, however, and Stephen soon found a market with the oddest and most varied customer base.
In the spring of 2006, Stephen moved the company to Philadelphia, where Haley Tricycles is currently headquartered.
